Dave Fennessy began his initial career as an engineer at Eastman Kodak Company but transitioned to sales early and advanced as Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Regional Manager (Central US) prior to their $1.9B acquisition by Danka in 1999. As SVP and after leading their second largest branch of over 440 employees, he was recruited and joined Comdisco, a $4B IT financing and consulting services company. As SVP of Sales he helped build a Dallas TX based ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP) implementation firm and after a brief stint managing a DFW branch for Print Inc. he established Freedom Profit Recovery Inc., a consulting/managed services firm in the document management space.  As Founder & CEO he led the growth of their unique services branch to over $15M annually and partnered in a captive leasing/financing entity that managed over $45M in financed assets.

Today as Founder & CEO of Elevate Strategy Group he is breaking the paradigm again by offering companies a completely new, highly experience team of outsourced consultants/experts with broad and extensive executive level contacts to supplement or replace their traditional in-house selling efforts. Elevate Strategy Group offers a wide variety of sales expansion services from personnel development to strategic and tactical sales planning.

Dave is also a military veteran, 2016 Iron Man, part-time pastor, husband and father of 3 children.
